Meeting schedule
A general meeting will be held every quarter. Meetings will be scheduled around January, April, July, October of every year unless otherwise rescheduled or postponed. The general meeting invite will be sent by any of the Scientific Workgroup leads. Prior to the general meeting, an agenda meeting will be called for each of the subteam leads.
Subteam meetings depend on the workproduct targets and will be the responsibility of the subteam leads. The subteam leads will provide information on current status of subteam workproduct deliverables.
