Mission: The mission of the BSWG is to foster innovation, collaboration, and excellence in Bayesian biostatistics. The group aims to provide a platform for biostatisticians worldwide to share expertise, engage in research, and facilitate the adoption of Bayesian methods in various sectors of the biostatistical community.

Officers:

Goals: Currently, most BSWG members are in the United States; however, the BSWG desires to expand its global presence to enhance relationships with local partners and facilitate leveraging geographical diversity. To grow BSWG’s global scientific presence, the leadership plans to prioritize networking and collaborating with scientific working groups across continents, establishing an online presence, and actively engaging with social media.

Furthermore, BSWG members are encouraged to continue publishing research in global forums and sharing their expertise in these international forums.
