    I asked a question last week about SOPs for a statistical consulting center and got a lot of very helpful responses. I summarized these responses on my website, in part because I got a request to share anything I found out.

    Several people offered to talk to me further on the phone (very generous and very much appreciated). I should mention that I will be at JSM, so maybe we can chat there. Otherwise, I'll probably find some time to call, but not in August because of various commitments.
