  • 1.  Value of ASA Accreditation

    All -

    I am working with some other ASA members to develop 'marketing materials' (using the word marketing very loosely) that promote awareness and interest in the ASA Accreditation process.  Any comments, supportive or not, you might have on the significance and value of ASA Accreditation would be helpful.

    Daniel,

    As I am sure you are aware, Statistical Society of Canada has had a similar accreditation program for several years now (from 2004, if I am not mistaken). They can probably share their experience in the value that accreditation brings to the profession and the accredited professionals.

    Australia and the UK have accreditation systems also.
