Obstacles you have had as a consulting biostatistician

    I have reviewed some of discussion about searching a good quilified statistician. Now, I would like to ask your opinions and advices on what would be the obstacle and challenge a MS statistician in the modern scientific research. I would like to ask any idea from you as a MS statistician or a PhD statistician have had in the past or you would anticipate, as well as the solutions to individaul obstacle and challange. I will appreicate that ! Thank you !
