Does anyone use RAT STATS 2010? I went to the "attribute sample size determination"
and entered these parameters
Confidence level checked 90%
Anticipated rate of occurrence 50
universe size 5297
desired precision range 25
output to screen
Output screen for RS 2010 v4 gives sample size = " - " and apparent minis sign
Output screen for RS 2007 version 1 gives sample size =49
I am not claiming these entries are particularly appropriate or typically but why does the new version behave this way?
