Does anyone know Stephen Simon personally that may be able to assist in getting ASA in touch with him?
Stephen is scheduled to teach a course on establishing and running a consulting business at the upcoming Conference in Statistical Practice but he appears to not have returned his conference registration form to ASA and to not have responded to emails from ASA regarding handouts for the course. The phone number that the ASA has on file for him continually rings and there is not a voicemail. (Stephen taught a well-received course when the conference was launched.)
