    Happy New Year everyone,

    For some work I am doing with a state, I am looking for some non-technical, i.e., no equations, introductory material to small area estimation (SAE). The readers, in this instance, are chronic disease health policy individuals who are looking to get an understanding of the basic concepts. If you know of any good PDFs, PowerPoint's, or texts that I can point these individuals to, I would greatly appreciate the information.
