Below is an announcement of an opening for a statistics instructor at Virginia Tech. The minimum requirement is an MS in statistics (or closely related field). The VT stat department really needs someone to teach these classes, so this might be a great opportunity for you or someone you know.
Statistics/CMDA Instructor Virginia Tech Virginia Tech has an opening for an instructor to teach undergraduate courses in its
Statistics program (www.stat.vt.edu) and its Computational Modeling and Data Analytics
program (www.science.vt.edu/ais/cmda). Job requirements include an M.S. in statistics
or a closely related area; experience teaching statistics courses; a versatile knowledge of statistical methodology including machine and statistical learning techniques and related applications; effective communication skills; and a commitment to undergraduate education.
