Dear all,
I have question about calculating survey weights for my data.
Suppose the survey covers 30 provinces with different population and in each province 1000 individuals are sampled. In each province there are 50 clusters with 20 individuals in each (50*20=1000).
Also, in each province there are 1 to 20 districts. And from the frequency tables, gender and age groups frequencies (5 yrs groups) are the same or approximately similar in each district. There are also urban and rural areas in each district with the same frequencies of gender and age groups in each.
My question is how to weight this survey now. I will be pleased to let me know how to calculate the survey weights by Stata.
