ABSTRACT for Claude Cowork for Data Scientists (Rescreening)
    Friday, May 29, 2026 | 2:00-3:00pm EDT

Claude Cowork works a lot better once it's tuned to your data science workflow. Getting there takes time: learning the file structure, configuring the workspace, building out the skills layer... OR you can borrow some tested architecture and get started in minutes. That's an option too!

For this session, I've done that work for you. I'll walk through the setup, hand over the actual files I use, and show you how to adapt them to your own workflow. If you show up, you'll leave with a working setup.

The session covers the components that give Cowork persistent memory between sessions and keep it tuned to how you work (CLAUDE.md, memory.md, context references, skills, and more), and how to configure them for a data science workflow.

Attendees leave with Glen's "DS OS" starter files, ready to adapt to their own work.

This webinar is part of the AI Tools for Data Science & Stats series, sponsored by Polaris Data Labs and the ASA Section on Data Science and Statistical Learning.

Note: This session focuses on Cowork setup. For a practical tour of all three Claude tools, see our earlier webinar: "Claude Code, Cowork, & Chat." If you want to go further with Claude Code, check out our upcoming webinar: Claude Code for Data Scientists (June 4).
