Hello Statistical Consulting Section Members!
I wanted to remind everyone that submission periods are now open for both topic-contributed and contributed sessions for JSM 2026, which will be in Boston, MA, from August 1-6, 2026. The JSM theme is "Communities in Action: Advancing Society", which I think aligns wonderfully with our section!
The submission window for Topic-Contributed Sessions will close on December 10, 2025 at 11:59 pm ET. These sessions can be either paper sessions (five presenters) or panel discussions (three to six panelists). Please consider submitting a proposal by December 10th.
The submission window for Contributed Sessions via individual abstracts opened December 2, 2025, and will close on February 2, 2026. This is a wonderful opportunity to submit papers or posters you may wish to present at JSM 2026 that may not be part of an invited or topic-contributed session. The JSM Program Committee will work to connect abstracts submissions into contributed sessions with common themes.
