First off, I wish you a Happy New Year!
I am reaching out with a reminder for roundtable submissions. The abstract submission deadline is February 2. Roundtables are a great way to network while discussing a topic of interest and are small group discussions held during breakfast (7-8:15 AM) or lunch (12:30-1:50 PM) at JSM from Monday to Wednesday.
If you are interested, here are some additional details to consider:
1. Handouts are optional, not required.
2. Roundtables are an exception to the JSM participation guidelines so you can submit an abstract for a roundtable discussion in addition to presenting a paper at JSM.
How to Submit:
1. Visit the JSM 2026 Abstract Submission page.
2. Indicate the session type as a roundtable.
3. Specify the Statistical Consulting Section as the primary sponsor.
4. Submit a concise (two or three sentences) description of your roundtable.
Submission Deadline: February 2, 2026
