I look forward to meeting Statistical Consulting Section members at the JSM in Toronto next week.
And long ago I spent many family summer vacations in Canada. I offer for first time visitors - Canadian wisdom- A Loon and a Loonie are completely different!!! HINT: common loons: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOeBczQ9Qw0 (google for the loonie)
And The updated version of the section Business Meeting Agenda (3 pages). both attached and identical at this link.

An FYI, the plan is to have break out groups for discussion of agenda items. This is informal ! At the offsite location we do not have overheads or slide projector . Currently it is 74F in Toronto. Casual dress is fine!
We have an invited guest to join the DEI (diversity , equity, inclusion) breakout groups for discussion of ASA board sponsored JEDI (Justice, equity, diversity, inclusion). Also added /updated from the section data privacy initiative is the "data privacy toolkit" - there will be a break out group for data privacy. We will also announce the winner best topic contributed session award.
Below and most importantly, the various sessions/course/roundtables sponsored or co-sponsored by the statistical consulting session
In particular a "shout out" and Thank You to our consulting section program chair and all, session organizers, chairs, speakers, discussants, consulting section officers, and many thanks to the ASA staff helping organize the JSM.
