The 2014 conference of the Alaska Chapter of the American Statistical Association will be held in Fairbanks Alaska 18-20 August 2014, with a pre-meeting hike planned for the 17th. The meeting features a two-day workshop on Applied (generalized) Linear Mixed Models with Dr. Ben Bolker (professor of Math and Statistics at McMaster University). The conference will be held at Chena Hot Springs Resort (mile 56.5 Chena Hot Springs Road).
