Microsites are small websites hosted free of charge by the ASA. For an example of an active website, see: http://community.amstat.org/gwu-asa-student-chapter/home
Once you're fully registered as a student chapter, contact lara@amstat.org if you would like a microsite. Within one to two weeks, you'll have your own ASA-hosted microsite framework for you to add content to and personalize however you'd like. Note that you will need at least one member to serve as your web admin, and web admins need to be ASA members to log into the microsite system.
