As noted a few months ago, we have a full list of text-related activities at JSM this year! Here is the full list, with a request for volunteers:
1. Sessions (3 invited, 3 topic contributed, 2 contributed, and 2 roundtables - extra fee). Please refer to the attached image or the JSM portal for additional information.
2. Open meeting/mixer on Monday, August 4th from 12:30 – 1:30pm in CC-101E.
3. Mentoring session on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025, from 8:00 – 9:30am in Omni Nashville Hotel-Broadway B
4. We are having a student poster competition and require in-person volunteers to act as judges. If interested, please email Michelle Dunn (dunn.datascience@gmail.com) and Wendy Martinez (wendy.l.martinez@census.gov) and let them know your availability. There is a dedicated poster session for STA listed below (Tuesday, August 5th, 2:00-3:50pm), however, there are other posters during different times that may also qualify. So if you have any availability and interest during JSM, please reach out.
