Howdy STA Members
As you're well aware, JSM 2025 is around the corner in Nashville, TN. In addition to the fun square-dancing events likely to be going on in the area, please take note of the planned activities that the Section on Text Analysis (STA) has during JSM 2025:
- First, attached is a .png image with details of the schedule of events -- ie, invited talks, contributed talks, and roundtables.
- Second (and very important), you will note from the attached schedule that we have a session running from 10:30am - 12:20pm on Monday, August 4. Immediately following this session, we will have our business meeting in a room that is directly across from this 10:30am - 12:20pm session. (Caveat emptor: Room assignments could change, but it is more likely the case that the schedule below is fixed, so please find the room across the 10:30am - 12:30pm session on Monday, August. 4 for the business meeting.)
This looks to be an exciting JSM for STA, so hopefully you all get the most out of it!
