Enhanced Mixture Gateekeeping Procedures with Hierarchy Modification

Abstract:
Mixture gatekeeping procedures allow to account for clinically relevant logical relationship among the null hypotheses of interest (Dimitrienko and Tamhane (2011, 2013)). This presentation discusses an enhancement of the mixture method applicable to a specific class of logical relationships – serial logical restrictions with transitivity condition. We further discuss extension of the mixture gatekeeping to a group sequential setting with modified hierarchy at the interim analysis.
Short Bio:
George Kordzakhia is a Statistical Sciences Senior Director in CVRM Division at Astra Zeneca. His previous work experience includes academia and FDA where he worked for over 15 years. Currently he is also an adjunct Associate professor in the Department of Biostatistics at Georgetown University.
