Roger Herriot Award - April 14

The Jeanne E. Griffith Mentoring Award is an annual award to recognize individuals who have made significant contributions to the mentoring of statisticians. The award is named in honor of Jeanne E. Griffith, a renowned statistician and mentor who made substantial contributions to the field of statistics. Nominations for the award are due on April 30th. The award recipient will be selected for his or her efforts in supporting the work and developing the careers of junior staff. Preference will be given to nominees with a track record of mentoring government statisticians. The Wray Jackson Smith Scholarship is an annual scholarship to support promising students or early career individuals and encourage them to pursue a career in government.
