The Trump Administration is expected to release its FY20 budget request in March. I will be filling in information as I become aware of it. This blog entry will track FY20 appropriations developments for NIH, NSF, AHRQ, and FDA and so will be updated accordingly. (See log updates below.) 1FY14, FY15, FY16, FY17, & FY19 request levels are Program levels. FY15 NIH level includes Ebola funding. The levels also includes $150 million for Mandatory Type 1 Diabetes Research and $77.3 million for Interior Budget Authority. The FY19 request includes funding for three agencies, including AHRQ, that are proposed to be absorbed into NIH.

3The Budget also provides $9.5 million to relocate the agency outside the National Capital Region."
4"To streamline federal research, the Budget also includes $256 million for the new National Institute for Research on Safety and Quality (NIRSQ) to continue key research activities currently administered by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)."
