I recommend "Sampling: Design and Analysis" by Sharon Lohr (3rd edition came out in 2022).
If you want to focus more on the data analysis side, but less on sampling designs, I also like "Applied Survey Data Analysis" by Heeringa, West, and Berglund (2nd edition came out in 2017).

I have been studying a particular methodology issue, and looking to see how various texts have addressed it. I have a number of sampling books, but only a few published since 2010, with the latest being Yves Tille, Sampling and Estimation from Finite Populations, 2020, Wiley.
In my early days of survey sampling, William Cochran's Sampling Techniques, 3rd ed, 1977, Wiley, was popular. I would like to know which books are most popularly used today to introduce students to survey sampling.
