Exciting news! There will be two statistics conferences here in NYC this year:
(1) The Second AI Workshop NYC, July 25 and 26, Regeneron (most likely)
(2) The SLDS Conference, November 1 to 3, Brooklyn, NY
Given the level of interest in AI and Data Science, we would highly encourage any ways to help support these conferences via crowdsourcing/funding. As you may know, there was an excellent student hackathon last year.
