Colleagues,
The new ASA Community is live! Ron and I are reaching out to ask you to actively participate.
Here are a few ways you can get involved and make a difference:
- Start a Conversation: Have a burning question or an interesting topic you'd like to discuss? Start a new thread and invite others to join the conversation.
- Share Your Expertise: Your insights can be incredibly valuable to others in the community. Don't be shy to share tips, tricks, or lessons learned.
- Engage with Others: Take the time to read and respond to posts from fellow community members.
- Offer Support: If you notice someone seeking advice, offer your insights. Your support and encouragement can make a significant difference.
- Stay Active: Your presence matters and helps to maintain the momentum of our discussions.
The new look comes with new features. Some highlights of the improvements are:
My Communities
No more frustration finding YOUR communities. Any community you are a member of will appear in a list on your homepage.
News from My Communities with Activity Feed
A new, easy-to-follow activity feed will allow you to view new posts to your communities in one place. Even better, you will be able to customize what you see.
Followed Content
When you see a post or blog of interest, you will be able to follow with one click. Your followed content will all be summarized on your homepage.
Quick Links
Find your way to other important ASA information-the Leader Hub, meeting registration, the website, and publications-right from the main community.
Peer to Peer Job Postings
Peer-to-peer job postings will be allowed on the community and featured on the Community homepage.
If you would like a video summary of the highlights, it is available here.
We hope the new and improved community makes it easier for you to actively participate.
Gratefully,
Ron and Donna
