    Please help spread the word about the New England Statistical Society's (NESS) NextGen scholarships for underrepresented groups in statistics and data science! 

    Eligibility: 

    • Graduating high school senior or first/second-year undergraduate student 

    • Persons from the following racial/ethnic backgrounds: American Indian/Alaskan Native, Black/African American, Hispanic, and Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander  

    • Will be enrolled in a U.S. college or university for the upcoming 2026-2027 academic year 

    • Shows a genuine interest in statistics and data science through coursework, extracurricular activities, and/or future goals 

    Deadline: May 8, 2026

    Amount: $1,000
