    Dear Colleagues,

A friendly reminder that the early-bird registration deadline is Sunday, March 8, and the poster abstract submission deadline is Monday, March 16, 2026.

We have reserved a small block of rooms at the Graduate Hotel, the only hotel on the UConn campus. Please use the link on our Venue page to make your reservation by March 19, 2026. Lodging on campus during spring weekends can be very limited due to various University events, so we encourage you to book early. Rooms in the block are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Best regards,

    Jun Yan
