Please come and join the Statistics in NAMs community I have just created on the http://community.amstat.org website. New approach methods (NAMs) are a combination of in silico, in vitro, and in vivo methods aiming to reduce or replace animal models in biomedical research driven by concerns of ethics, cost, and public health. Statisticians have an important role to play in the development, adoption, and regulation of NAMs. I am looking for career opportunities in this area and hoping that people who join this community can provide support.
