EVA2025 is the 14th International Conference on Extreme Value Analysis and is hosted by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, from June 23 to June 27, 2025. Topics include all aspects of extreme value analysis, probabilistic and statistical models and their applications. Activities include plenary, invited and contributed paper sessions, a poster competition, a student paper competition, and a data analysis challenge. There will also be a short course (June 22), with presentations by Anne Sabourin (Université Paris Cité) and Anthony Davison (EPFL). 

We have extended our deadline for submitting an abstract for either a contributed paper or a poster, new deadline is March 31, we plan to let you know our decision in the first week of April. There are competitions for the best student paper and the best poster, and a data analysis competition. Registration will be due by April 30 and includes all lunches and coffee breaks during the conference and the Monday evening reception. The conference banquet will take place on Thursday June 26 and requires a separate fee. We have links to a selection of local hotels some of which offer reduced rates for the conference; in addition, accommodation is available at a lower rate in student dormitories. There have been some delays setting up the accommodation arrangements with UNC Housing but we will open the registration page for the dormitories as soon as these arrangements are finalized. We are also planning a Wednesday afternoon excursion, details to be announced on the conference website.

Some travel support is available for junior U.S. participants.
