Dear Statisticians,
An open invitation to all who are planning to attend ISBA 2026 in Nagoya, Japan.
Our early bird deadline is 02/01 since space is limited.
We are organizing an official US delegation visit presented by the Milwaukee LOC. This is a curated experience designed to maximize your enjoyment in Japan with stress-free logistical support by world-wide travel experts.
We have two itinerary options available:
-
Tokyo and Nagoya (June 21 – July 5): Includes a pre-conference cultural tour of Tokyo and Nagoya, the Shinkansen bullet-train to Nagoya, the conference week, and a post-conference cultural farewell.
-
Nagoya Only (June 25 – July 5): Focused strictly on the conference itself with logistics and Japanese cultural evenings.
Note: We are also exploring a post-conference extension for mountain hiking or other cultural activities for those interested.
Action Required: If you are interested in joining, please fill out the interest form below. A deposit is due by February 1st to secure Early Bird pricing. Once submitted, you will receive a formal PDF proposal within 48 business hours (for travel funding approval if needed).
