The Dahshu IDSWG (Innovative Design Scientific Working Group) Oncology team is conducting an industry wide survey about dose optimization. The purpose of the survey is to gain insight about the industry practice and challenges since the adoption of project Optimus. The survey results can be significantly helpful in advising industry study design and practice for dose optimization in oncology.
It would be greatly appreciated if you can complete this survey and share it with relevant statisticians who are working on oncology trials in your company. We encourage all to complete this survey by June 30, 2025. If you can follow-up with your statistical colleagues to ensure they provide input, that will significantly improve the quality of the data collection and the report. The target statisticians can be study level / indication level statisticians, or compound level, who are aware of the individual study and / or clinical development plan. Input can be based on their current studies or past studies.
