We are excited to announce the launch of ASA Discoveries, a groundbreaking open-access journal dedicated to advancing research across the interconnected fields of statistics, data science, and artificial intelligence.
ASA Discoveries provides a premier outlet for disseminating high-quality research that spans theoretical innovations and practical applications. It publishes work that advances statistical methodologies, data processing techniques, data-driven insights, and AI innovations. By publishing traditional research papers, data notes, research letters, rapid communications, letters to the editor, and registered reports, ASA Discoveries reflects the interdisciplinary nature of modern data sciences.
The new journal is open access, so all research findings are freely available to the global scientific community, removing barriers to knowledge and accelerating scientific progress. Articles will be published rapidly upon acceptance, allowing for immediate citation and impact.
Bo Li of Washington University will serve as the inaugural editor-in-chief.
