These awards honor the exceptional legacies of Tze Leung Lai and Joseph F. Heyse, two pioneering figures whose contributions have significantly influenced the field of statistics and biopharmaceutical practice.
- Tze Leung Lai Memorial Lecture Award (LMLA)
Celebrating Professor Tze Leung Lai's foundational contributions to the theory and practice of statistics across diverse fields, including biomedical science, this award recognizes innovative methodological research that advances biopharmaceutical statistics.
- Joseph F. Heyse Memorial Lecture Award (HMLA)
Honoring Dr. Joseph Heyse's extraordinary contributions to the development of life-saving drugs and vaccines, and his enduring impact on biopharmaceutical and regulatory statistics, this award acknowledges outstanding contributions to applied biopharmaceutical statistics with direct clinical impact.
