The Symposium offers a great opportunity to socialize with fellow biostatisticians and hear from leading statistical and pharmaceutical/medical device experts from industry, academics and regulatory agencies on their experience and practice of bringing innovation to the development of drugs and devices. The theme of the 2026 BSSC is Navigating New Frontiers: Biostatistics, AI and Regulatory Evolution in Biomedical Research. The symposium will cover topics related to the latest landscape of drug/device development advances in methodology and applications of recent advances in the application of AI/ML methodologies in medical research.
