I am writing to let you know about the 2026 American Statistical Association Virtual Sports Analytics Conference sponsored by the ASA Section on Statistics in Sports and hosted by Instats. Here is the link:
VSAC Conference ProgramWe've got a great program for you highlighted by keynotes from Mike Lopez (NFL) Kerrie Mengersen (QUT) and Rebecca Nugent (Carnegie Mellon). We have cutting edge talks on baseball, basketball, cricket, curling, football, hockey and soccer.
Program kicks off 4/24 at noon through 7p ET and again on 4/25 from 10a to 4p ET. We've kept registration costs down ($USD 5 for students) so the barriers to attendance are low.
