The BCASA is the chapter of the American Statistical Association covering the states of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Our most visible activities are anewsletter distributed electronically about four times each year, and a schedule of eventsabout once each month except in the summer.
Most chapter activities are governed by a planning committee that includes chapter officers as well as other members. We're always looking for new members to join this committee. Contact any committee member for more information.
The chapter's operates according to a written constitution (most recently updated during May, 2011 to conform with ASA guidelines), and an informal set of officers' responsibilities.
