Peer mentorship available for 1st year students: please consider reaching out to one of our peer mentors to get some advice/feedback about school, work-life balance, or even just to vent about how stressful grad school can be! These students have been where you are and understand the stress and imposter syndrome that is common in graduate school. Send them an email or meet up -- they would be happy to grab a coffee/tea/juice or just chat on campus sometime.
Do not not let these students' impressive resumes intimidate you. They volunteered for this because they both understand well how overwhelming the first year can be and would have benefitted from some peer support themselves.
