Statistics is FUNdamental: Lessons from a statistics workshop for secondary math teachers

When:  Dec 8, 2009 from 16:00 to 17:00 (ET)

I am pleased to invite you to participate in the next ASA webinar on K-12 statistics education topics at 4 pm EST (2 pm MST) on Tuesday, December 8.  One of the new programs the American Statistical Association is implementing to assist teachers is the presentation of free statistics education webinars.  This webinar series was developed as part of the follow-up activities to the Meeting Within a Meeting (MWM) Workshop for K-12 Math and Science teachers held in conjunction with the Joint Statistical Meetings (www.amstat.org/education/mwm).

We are offering this webinar without charge and only internet and telephone access are necessary to participate. For those unavailable to participate in the live webinar, we will record this webinar and make it available to you after the live presentation. Previous webinar recordings are available at www.amstat.org/education/k12webinars.
