    Dear Faculty Member,

    I hope this message finds you well. My name is Jennifer Ann Morrow (PI), an Associate Professor of Evaluation, Statistics, and Methodology, University of Tennessee-Knoxville. I am reaching out to you for this research survey. We are conducting a research study focused on understanding educators' readiness for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into their teaching practices.

    The study aims to explore educators' knowledge, awareness, and readiness factors regarding the integration of AI tools into the teaching and learning environment.

    Study Details:

    • Title: Assessment of Educators' Readiness to Integrate Artificial Intelligence into Teaching and Learning in Higher Education (Comprehensive AI Integration Readiness Survey-CAIIRS)
    • Purpose: To develop and test an instrument to assess educators' preparedness for integrating AI technologies into education.
    • Time commitment: Approximately 15-20 minutes.
    • Confidentiality: All responses will be kept confidential, and data will be securely stored and anonymized.
