The NC Institute of Climate Studies - NCICS (
https://ncics.org/), is currently recruiting for a data analyst postdoc position in Asheville, NC.
A component of the
NOAA Cooperative Agreement is for the Institute to promote workforce development in the training of the next generation of scientifically and technically skilled climate scientists. This post-doctoral position is in the area of data analytics. Primary duties are to support climate data record activities, which includes development of datasets describing essential climate variables as observed from a variety of observational platforms (in situ, satellite, radar, etc.).
