    Dear Colleagues,

I'm looking for an R package that takes output from a logistic regression and produces an ROC curve and AUC estimate, including a confidence band (preferably simultaneous) for the ROC curve and a confidence interval for the AUC taking into account that the logistic regression coefficients have been estimated from the data. I'd be grateful for any leads.

    Thanks,

    David

Package ROCit will do what you are looking for. It will provide confidence band for both ROC curve and AUC in more than one methods. Since you need to pass the output of the model to construct ROC curve, so the model info will be there.
