    Please join us online Tuesdays, April 13, 20 & 27, for the 11th International Conference of the International Biometric Society's Eastern Mediterranean Region.

    Highlights will include the Presidential Address by Yoav Benjamini (Tel Aviv U.); the Marvin Zelen Memorial Lecture by Tianxi Cai (Harvard); featured talks related to the Covid-19 pandemic by Marc Baguelin (Imperial College London), Geert Molenberghs (Universiteit Hasselt and KU Leuven) and Bhramar Mukherjee (U. of Michigan); featured presentations by Ioannis Kontoyiannis (U. of Cambridge), Hernando Ombao (King Abdullah U. of Science & Technology) and Refik Soyer (George Washington U.); and an invited panel on the interface between biostatisticians and decision-makers during the pandemic.

    All sessions will be held in the afternoon and early evening local time, to allow participation by attendees in a wide range of time zones.
