    Kristin Morgan (UConn) shows how her research in sport injury borrows from a variety of fields. Kristin wants to get athletes back on the field. So her data science work incorporates knowledge from statistics, biomechanics, kinesiology, physics, and bioengineering. It's a great example of how to draw influences from a variety of fields.

    Especially cool are her interpretable models & anomaly detection components.
