The Statistics in Physical and Engineering Sciences (SPES) Award Committee invites nominations for the 2016 SPES Award. The SPES Award was initially established in 1990 to recognize outstanding collaborative endeavors between statisticians and chemists. Beginning with the 2015 award year the award's scope has been expanded to recognize outstanding collaborative endeavors between statisticians and scientists throughout the physical and engineering sciences. The award will be presented at the award ceremony during the Joint Statistical Meetings each year. Nominations are due by February 20th 2016.
