    Qualifications:

    • Possess experience, expertise and demonstrated excellence in teaching and research in data mining, business analytics, or operations research.  Awareness of and sensitivity of a multicultural population of students, faculty, and staff as might have been gained in cross-cultural study, training, teaching and other comparable experience is required.
    • Possess a doctorate appropriate for the courses taught (if ABD, completion of the doctorate will be a requirement for employment).
    • Demonstrate an ability to work in a collegial atmosphere as part of a team.
    • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exhibit a commitment to interact effectively with the Silicon Valley business community.

    Responsibilities: 

    Teaching assignments will be at the graduate and undergraduate levels in both traditional and accelerated formats. Candidate must address the needs of a student population of great diversity--in age, cultural background, ethnicity, primary language and academic preparation--through course materials, teaching strategies, and advisement. 

    Salary Range:   Commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

    Starting Date:  August 22, 2016
