Two patterns of Covid-19 vaccination are analyzed, as such patterns affect achieving Herd Immunity or not. Such can be acquired by letting the virus infect most of the population, or by vaccinating a large chunk of the general population. If enough individuals in the general population become vaccinated, the virus starves and ends by disappearing, as it finds scant new customers to infect. The urgency of this work stems from the polls that suggest that many people are still unwilling to become vaccinated. A Markov model to assess the situation is presented, in the hope of enticing more people to join in the vaccination effort. Find the paper in:
