I will be out of town both Wednesday and Thursday that week -- I do not think I will be able to join the meeting but let me know the schedule and I will see what I can do.

Thank you Barbara for posting our meeting notes for December, and congratulations to Jennifer for giving birth on December 17th.
With Jennifer on leave, I'll be helping by chairing our meetings for a few months. Our meetings this year are scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
As was true late last year too, I'll unfortunately be on business travel on this day in January. As such I am hopeful we can schedule the meeting this month for the third Thursday of the month at noon Eastern time. Please reply back using the "Reply to eGroup" button to confirm your availability.
I've set a schedule for minutes rotation for the new year (see below). If you are unable to attend the meeting for your rotation month, no worries, just reach out to one of your co-committee members and ask them if you can switch months.
We have a lot to talk about as we gear up for 2011, I look forward to talking with you in our next meeting.
