At the Joint Statistical Meeting in Boston, there are a number of astrostatistics-related sessions (listed below, but check the JSM online program for any changes) along with several other talks with astro applications (see the online program). In particular, we wanted to draw your attention to an informal interest group meeting that will follow the "Big Data in Astrostatistics" session the morning of Wednesday, August 6 - we will gather outside the session's room around 10:30 AM.
