    ASA QPRC 2023 - Registration, Contributed Sessions & Student Support Information

     

    The 39th  American Statistical Association (ASA) Quality and Productivity Research Conference (QPRC) will be held June 6-8, 2023, in Houston, TX at the University of Houston. The purpose of this conference is to improve the quality of products and services and the productivity of industries by stimulating the research and development of better statistical methods for quality and productivity improvement.

     

    The 2023 conference theme is "Statistics, Deep Learning & the People Side of Process." Activities at the conference will feature a short course about Data Science on June 5, 2023, plenary, invited, and contributed session speakers, a student poster session/competition, a banquet with a talk by the honored guest, a technical tour at Space Center Houston, and much more!

    Call for contributed session presenters: Click here to submit your abstract – deadline is March 15, 2023

     

    Student support: There are two options for students to receive support to participate in QPRC 2023 (see www.uh.edu/qprc2023/students for more information). Qualified students are invited to apply to:

     

    NSF Travel Fund Award – apply by March 1, 2023

     

    Mary G. and Joseph Natrella Scholarships – apply by March 17, 2023
