I am a Ph.D. candidate in higher education conducting research to help improve undergraduate data science curricula, program offerings, and organizational structure. My survey is for undergraduate (bachelor's degree) data science degree programs' educators or administrators. Please feel free to share this survey with relevant colleagues at your institution and beyond; I welcome a diversity of perspectives.

My survey has 20 questions and is divided into four sections on the following topics:

• Curricula, including mathematics/statistics, computer science, domain, and ethics
• Administrative structure
• Fostering of transdisciplinarity
• Integration of transfer students
• Training formats
• Basic demographics
