Dear ASA members in the greater Philadelphia area,
Hope you have a great weekend. We would like to call for volunteers to serve as the ASA Philadelphia chapter social media officer during 2023-2024.
The primary purpose of the Social Media Officer is to work with the ASA Philadelphia Chapter leadership team to ensure that a steady stream of relevant content for statisticians in the greater Philadelphia area is sourced from and shared with our audience through the chapter official website and two active social media channels (LinkedIn and Twitter). This voluntary position is formed in order to centralize these efforts.
We are currently seeking one Social Media Officer to serve a one-year term for the period from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. It takes up to two hours each month to maintain the chapter official website and post new threads on social media accounts.
